Lockdown succeeded in preventing the spread of Corona, Asad Umar

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister Asad Umar has said that by locking down, We have been able to stop the spread of the virus by doing Lockdown. The sanctions are affecting the economy. It is a pleasure to show discipline on behalf of the nation.


Addressing a press conference in Islamabad on lockdown, Asad Umar said that the outbreaks have helped prevent the spread of the disease, but in some areas, people are not taking preventive measures. If there were no restrictions, the virus would have spread faster.

He said that the doctors and staff working in the hospitals are on the horizon while the social workers are also working hard in difficult times. I also pay tribute to the security forces, police, and Rangers personnel.

He said the corona test capability has increased in recent days while the capacity of ventilators is increasing.
