Man, 33, stabbed to death during fight in Queens home

A 33-year-old man was stabbed to death during a fight inside a Queens home, police said Sunday.

NYPD cops responded to a house on Beach 13th St. near Davies Road in Far Rockaway after getting a call for a fight in progress about 6:45 p.m. Saturday, cops said.

When officers arrived at the modest two-story brick home they learned two men had been fighting with a knife but both had fled before cops arrived.

One of those men made his way to nearby St. John’s Hospital by private means with multiple stab wounds to his chest, cops said. He later died there.

His killer has not been caught.

His slaying marks the first homicide this year in the 101st Precinct, which saw four slayings in all of 2024, according to NYPD statistics.
