March Madness Elite Eight tip times, schedule: How to watch, follow the fourth round of the women’s NCAA tournament
We’re now halfway through the Sweet 16.
The first four games of the Sweet 16 in this year’s women’s NCAA tournament are now behind us after a thrilling start to the round on Friday night. No. 3 LSU, powered by a huge outing from star Aneesah Morrow, rallied back to knock off No. 2 NC State and reach the Elite Eight for a third straight season.
South Carolina, the defending national champions, snuck past Maryland after trailing at halftime to advance. The Gamecocks will take on Duke, which beat rival North Carolina on Friday, in the Elite Eight.
UCLA, the No. 1 overall seed in the tournament, then wrapped the night with a dominant win over Ole Miss.
While the second half of the Elite Eight field isn’t yet set — four more games on Saturday will wrap that up — here’s everything you need to know to follow the fourth round of the tournament this weekend.
