Milwaukee police are asking for help in finding a critically missing 44-year-old man.
Robert Carter was last seen Monday afternoon in the area of the 900 block of North 12th Street, according to police.
Police describe him as Black, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighing roughly 180 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair and a short dark beard. He was last seen wearing an orange winter jacket over a blue shirt, gray sweatpants and black shoes with white strips. He should be on foot.

Anyone with any information is asked to call the Police District Three at 414-935-7232.
“Critically missing” is a label police apply to people who may be especially vulnerable due to a variety of factors.
