Hannah Kobayashi’s family said authorities showed them a video of Hannah that was taken on the evening of Monday, Nov. 11 before she disappeared. The video has not been released to the public due to the active investigation, but Hannah’s aunt said it showed her getting off of the subway near the Crypto.com Arena around 10 p.m.

“She’s not alone, she’s with an unidentified person,” said Hannah’s aunt, Larie Pidgeon. “And she also got off and at a, at a station that is, it’s not good and it terrified us, it brought her father to tears.”

Several of Hannah’s family members traveled to L.A. to help search — they are asking anyone and everyone if they have seen Hannah.

“We don’t know the city. We’re scared. I mean, as time goes on, the more time that goes on, the more our thoughts think of other things and we’re trying not to let those creep in,” Pidgeon said.

Pidgeon said the more people who know, the better. The family will hold a rally to pass out fliers before the Lakers game at Crypto.com Arena on Thursday, Nov. 21 — just a block away from the station where Hannah was last spotted on camera.

“It’s all we can do. We want to get as many people in one location that she was last seen and that Lakers game is huge for us,” Pidgeon said. “We’re even trying to get it on the Jumbotron. You know, we’re trying. We’re trying. We’re trying.”

LAPD is taking the lead in Hannah’s missing persons case and the FBI field office in L.A. confirmed its assistance is being provided as needed.
