Netflix Top 10: Harlan Coben’s ‘Fool Me Once’ Opens at No. 1 as Dave Chappelle’s ‘Dreamer’ Climbs to Second Place

Harlan Coben’s mystery-thriller “Fool Me Once” premiered atop of the Netflix Top 10 chart following its Jan. 1 debut. During the Jan. 1-6 viewing window, the limited series accrued 37.1 million views, making it the most-viewed title during this week and reaching the Top 10 in 91 countries.

Meanwhile, Dave Chappelle’s “Dreamer” jumped to second on the chart this week after previously opening at No. 5 on the English TV chart with 2.2 million views. Since only the first day of viewing managed to make last week’s chart, this week’s 10.2 million views pushes the total views count to 12.4 million total views following its first full week of availability. The standup began trending online following its Dec. 31 debut as the comedian continued to crack jokes regarding his stance on the trans community.

“My Life with the Walter Boys” also continued its run on the top 10 chart this week, landing at No. 4 with 4.4 million views in its fifth week on the top 10 chart. Michelle Yeoh wowed viewers this week as “The Brothers Sun” premiered at No. 5 on the chart following its Jan. 4 premiere date. In its first three days of viewing, the title earned 4.1 million views.

On the unscripted side, “You Are What You Eat: A Twin Experiment” cracked the TV chart at No. 3 with 8 million views.
