
Feb. 22—Paul Christophersen Paul Alan Christophersen passed away on February 10, 2025 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was born on November 20, 1953, in Engelwood, New Jersey. Paul was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Throughout his life, Paul excelled in his career, starting as a Traveling Lab Technician at ICM and later transitioning to various sales and managerial roles in different transportation services companies like Upjohn, Northwest Transport Services, Uinta Transportation Services, Sun Freightways, and Viking Freight/FedEx. Aside from his professional achievements, Paul had a passion for playing the guitar, camping, fishing, and science, being a proud member of The Albuquerque Astronomical Society. Paul will be deeply missed by his wife, Patricia Christophersen, his children Andrew, Anna, and David Christophersen, his grandchildren Dylan Madrigal, Devin, and Rylee Christophersen, as well as his extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Ruth Christophersen, and his sister Diana Rodger. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to organizations that were close to Paul’s heart, such as Doctors Without Borders, the World Food Program, and various other charitable donations. Paul’s legacy of hard work, dedication, and passion for life will forever be remembered by all who knew him.
