Miami police shut down one eastbound lane of the Rickenbacker Causeway to investigate a suspicious package early Thursday afternoon.
Officer Michael Vega said the package is a duffel bag, but the contents were not known.
The Rickenbacker connects mainland Miami with Virginal Key and Key Biscayne.
