Multan Sultans fantabulous start against Karachi Kings

Karachi: It was indeed a good start for the Multan Sultans because, in the first match of PSL 7, MS defeated Karachi Kings by 7 wickets. The Match was being played in the National Stadium, Rizwan won the toss and was elected to field first. The start of the Karachi was fine but during the middle overs, Kings played very slow and scored only 124 runs for the loss of wickets in 20 overs.

MS Skipper Rizwan played a tremendous knock, scored 52 runs in 47 balls. Imran Tahir of MS took 3 crucial wickets of Sharjeel Khan, Tom Lammonby, and Mohammad Nabi. KS players Mohammad Nabi took two wickets, and Ilyas took one wicket. Shan Masood of MS scored 26 runs, Sohaib Maqsood scored 30 runs, and Tim David of MS scored 12 runs.

KK Sharjeel Khan scored 43 runs with some beautiful sixes, Babar Azam scored 23 runs. Joe Clarke scored 26 runs. Imran Tahir becomes the Man of the Match.
