“So this right here is a partner device from Daedon. It’s actually an AI plant box that allows you to indoor grow any kind of plants that you may want to when it comes to flowers for tea or even herbs for cooking, it will actually help use AI to help manage growing those plants. So you can continue cycling them, making sure that you always have fresh herbs or fresh flowers for tea making.” // “We’re tying AI into so many different things, tying it in different sensors into different things to make it so it’s easier for you to manage your lifestyle. For instance, you may leave the house, but forget to turn the TV off. Maybe forget to turn things like light bulbs on and off. You’re going to be able to utilize different sensors that are already built into our devices. And AI will recognize you being away means that we can turn the smart, Bespoke AI robot vacuum on and clean while you’re gone.”
The South Korean company has been touting smart home connectivity for years now, referencing its possibility back in 2014.
The booth also features Samsung’s family hub refrigerator, which uses AI Vision Inside to identify food products that are placed in or removed from inside. The screen on the exterior shows the foods and can also be used to build out a grocery list.
CES 2025, formerly known as the Consumer Electronics Show, runs Jan. 7-10 and is used to debut products ranging from new automotive technology to quirky gadgets, as well showing new ways to use artificial intelligence.
