Schools could close for freezing winter weather

DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) — School administrators are keeping an eye on the incoming arctic blast that is expected to hit the area early next week.

The cold air is expected to enter the region Sunday night, and the area could see some wintry precipitation, including snow, sleet, or freezing rain, sometime between Tuesday morning and Wednesday night.
