MURRAY, Utah (ABC4) — A shooting in Murray has left one person dead with an investigation into the shooting ongoing.
Kaysville neighborhood under shelter-in-place as police negotiate with barricaded person
The shooting happened just after 8 p.m. in the area of 4400 S. State Street when police say they responded to a call of shots fired. Murray Police say there was one deceased party upon arrival.

Police didn’t have any suspect information because the investigation is currently ongoing into how the shooting occurred.
Police tell ABC4.com they believe there to be no active danger to the public at this hour and that the incident was an isolated incident.
