Tess Daly has shared who she’s ‘always got time’ for as she ditched her husband Vernon Kay for a cuddle. The Strictly Come Dancing host was seen at home this week alongside her pet dog, Mickey.
Stockport-born Tess was smiling from ear-to-ear as she sat down on the floor alongside her pooch. She could be seen leaning by the electric fireplace as she looked down at her beloved pooch.
Captioning the post on Instagram, Tess wrote: “At the end of the day, there’s always time for this one.” And it didn’t take her fans and followers long to respond to the sweet snap.

It comes after Tess and Vernon were branded a ‘golden couple’ as they were seen during his trip to the Strictly studio last weekend. It was a big night for the BBC One dance contest last Saturday (October 5) as it was the annual Movie Week special which saw the couples channel their inner film stars while performing routines inspired by an array of huge films.
But it appears that at one moment during the show, Strictly viewers couldn’t help but notice Veron beaming in the background of his wife Tess Daly’s link and took to social media at the time to comment.
The BBC Radio 2 host shared his own snap from the iconic ballroom and said on Instagram: “What a fab night @bbcstrictly !! What a show!!” Tess was quick to respond with a string of love heart eyes emojis before he followers were quick to point out he didn’t go unnoticed during the broadcast of week three of the competition.
Tess then later shared a pictute of the pair posing behind-the-scenes together, surrounded by sparkles, and simply posted it to her Instagram profile with a purple heart emoji.
