Are you among those that dread hosting Thanksgiving? A new survey by InnerBody shows you’re not alone. The report lists “enjoying a delicious meal” at 24.9% with spending time with family and friends rated No. 1 — at 41.3%.

Which begs the question: Is all the frantic house-cleaning and meal prep worth the stress?

Many say “no”, which is why dining out — and letting others cook and clean — can be ideal. In Rockland, the restaurant choices are varied, giving you lots of options besides turkey.
