The duo of Babar and Rizwan has achieved another important record

Babar & Rizwan duo: In the first semi-final of the ICC T20 World Cup, Pakistan defeated New Zealand by 7 wickets and reached the final. In the semi-final, New Zealand set a target of 153 runs, in pursuit of which, thanks to the century partnership of Muhammad Rizwan and Babar Azam, the green shirts reached the final. The duo of Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan set an important record thanks to this century partnership in the T20 World Cup at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

In the history of the ICC T20 World Cup, the opening pair of Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan have registered their name in the record book by establishing a century partnership three times. The first wicket partnership between the two openers was 105 runs, Mohammad Rizwan scored 57 runs off 43 balls while captain Babar Azam played an innings of 53 runs off 42 balls. It is clear that Babar and Rizwan have established a century partnership for the ninth time in all formats, while Babar Azam has been a part of the century partnership for the 16th time.

Tomorrow’s match of India vs England will decide which team will play with Pakistan on Sunday.
