Election Commission disqualified 25 PTI deviant members from Punjab Assembly

Pakistan: The Election Commission disqualified the 25 PTI deviant members of the Punjab Assembly and ordered them to be de-seat. Now Hamza Shahbaz’s government is gone because the deviant members sold their souls for money and voted for him.

According to the Chief Election Commissioner, the decision was taken by consensus. Out of the 25 disqualified members, 18 belong to the Jahangir Tareen group who have defected from PTI, 5 members belong to Aleem Khan and 2 belong to the Asad Khokhar group. Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz lost his majority after this decision of the EC. Following this decision of the Election Commission, Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz has lost his majority.
Speaker Punjab Assembly Pervez Ilahi said, after the order of Imran Khan “I will dissolve the Punjab Assembly”.
