The Fern Hotels & Resorts has debuted in Bihar, India, with the opening of The Fern Residency in Bodhgaya, the ET Hospitality World reported.
This new establishment is poised to cater to the needs of both pilgrims and international travellers visiting the city.
The Fern Residency is strategically located on the Gaya-Dobhi Road, near the Mahabodhi Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The hotel is located 8km from Bodhgaya Airport, 14km from Gaya Railway Station, and 114km from state capital Patna.
The Fern Hotels & Resorts managing director Suhail Kannampilly said: “The launch of The Fern Residency, Bodhgaya, in a city of immense historical and spiritual significance, marks an important milestone for us.

The hotel offers 63 rooms, each designed with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, LED television, digital in-room safe, tea and coffee-making facilities, and eco-friendly bathroom amenities.
Adding to the guest experience, The Fern Residency features The Kapila Restaurant, an on-site all-day dining venue that serves a variety of local and international dishes.
Round-the-clock in-room dining is also available.
The Fern Residency, Bodhgaya, is also equipped to host events and gatherings, boasting versatile spaces that include the 4,500ft² Utsav Hall and a landscaped 12,000ft² lawn ideal for outdoor functions.
Additionally, well-equipped meeting rooms are available for both leisure and business events.
