Twitter Account of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Hacked
The official Twitter account of @Mib_india Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting was hacked on Wednesday. The account name was changed to ‘Elon Musk’.
Twitter Account Restored:
The MIB regained control of the said compromised account, later on, restored the profile picture that was used by the hackers, and deleted the tweets that were earlier posted by the hackers. The hacker posted links to telegram groups and some malicious URLs to infect the users. (If you have visited the link make sure to change all your credentials and scan your device).
