Two Dogs Locked in Car in 100 Degree Heat Saved by Cop

A Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officer noticed two dogs tethered in the back seat of a minivan. With her hands, the officer tried to force the barely cracked window further down. When that didn’t work, she grabbed a crowbar, and shattered the window. Police say the air temperature at the time was 100 degrees F, and the interior of the van was topping 110 degrees. The little dogs were taken for medical treatment and then to a shelter. The pet owners are under investigation.
