Fort Worth police arrested Terry Stewart, 21, and Dei’london Stewart, 17, on Oct. 4 in the fatal shooting. It was not clear if the defendants are related.

Rosas was shot on Sept. 11 in the 600 block of Copperfield Drive as he walked in the parking lot.
