SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Two people were sent to the hospital Sunday after being stabbed inside an Ocean Beach eatery, the San Diego Police Department confirmed to FOX 5/KUSI.
Police said a call came in at 2:28 a.m. reporting the incident, which happened inside a late night restaurant located on the 5000 block of Newport Avenue. The establishment is called Bar Food.
The two victims were transported to local medical facilities, where both underwent surgery. Police said one of them is in critical condition.
At this time, the department confirmed a suspect is in custody. No further details were immediately released.
