Ukraine says it is ready to accept a US proposal for an initial 30-day ceasefire with Russia, in a joint statement
Washington will also immediately restore intelligence sharing and "security assistance" to Ukraine
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says "the ball is in the [Russians'] court", and he will take the offer to Moscow
That offer is for a complete ceasefire - "to stop the shooting", say Rubio
This follows talks between US and Ukrainian teams in Saudi Arabia on ending the war in Ukraine
