Nov. 20—MIDDLEBURY — A 43-year-old Elkhart man was the victim of a fatal crash that occurred Wednesday morning near Middlebury.
Killed in the crash was Jose Rosales Munoz.
According to a report from the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office, at 4:25 a.m. Wednesday, Kenneth Miller, 20, of Centreville, Michigan, was driving a 2015 GMC Sierra south on Ind. 13, south of C.R. 2, when he drove left of center and collided with a 2012 Mazda Q5.

The Mazda, driven by Rosales Munoz, was northbound on Ind. 13.
Rosales Munoz was pronounced dead at the scene and Miller was taken to Elkhart General Hospital for chest pain.
The crash is still under investigation.
