In a historic 6-3 decision the US Supreme Court has ruled that Donald Trump cannot be prosecuted for certain official actions taken as president but can for private acts. The decision is being sent back to a lower court and likely will delay any trial Trump may face on charges of trying to subvert the 2020 election until after the 2024 election in November.
