Ricky Skirt, president of Cricket West Indies, has today announced an investigation into the team’s failure to qualify for the Twenty20 World Cup. According to details, two-time champions West Indies crashed out in round one of the T20 World Cup on Friday after a nine-wicket defeat by Ireland in Hobart.
