Will Smith stunned fans by appearing to kiss singer India Martínez during a steamy onstage performance in Miami.
The Oscar winner, 56, has an unusual marriage arrangement with his longtime wife Jada Pinkett Smith, who he is often pictured with despite their split in 2016.
Amid their union, Smith raised eyebrows by pretending to kiss Martínez twice as they performed their song, First Love, at the Premio Lo Nuestro award show in Miami on February 20.
The Bad Boys actor leaned in first as the Spanish popstar, 39, swerved and walked away, before later coming up so close to his face that many fans thought they had kissed.

Martínez also took to Instagram to share a photo of herself jumping into Smith’s arms and wrapping her legs around his waist backstage.
Some critics branded their performance “inappropriate”, while others pointed out that the duo didn’t actually kiss and that the attempt was a “joke”.
Martínez shared a video of their almost-kiss on Instagram on Monday.
“Inappropriate. Even if it is ‘entertainment,’” one follower wrote, while another added: “This entire video is cringe.”
“I was waiting for Jada to come out from left stage and smack the s*** outta her for kissing her man,” a third posted.
Others defended the pair’s performance, with one writing: “If you actually look. You can tell the attempt was a joke. They never actually kissed.
“The second attempt when she came back still no kiss he leaned his forehead down as to get their lips further apart and backed away.”
Another user reasoned: “Performance doesn’t mean they are together. It’s a performance for a reason.”

Smith and Martínez’s performance opened the Premio Lo Nuestro Awards, which celebrates achievements in the Latin music industry.
Smith, who made his music comeback last summer, also performed his hit track, Miami, with producer DJ Khaled and singer Thalía at the ceremony.
The King Richard actor married Jada, 53, in 1997 and they share two children – actor and singer Jaden, 26, and singer Willow, 24.
Jada previously revealed in October 2023 that she has been separated from the Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It singer since 2016.
“By the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying,” she told Today. “I think we were both kind of just still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be.”
She added that they aren’t legally divorced and she will never “break the promise” to stay with him.

Jada has previously denied rumours over the years that the couple have an open relationship.
In 2020, actress revealed she had a relationship with singer August Alsina, 31, for several years, which she called an “entanglement”.
