Wimbledon men’s semifinals: Live updates, scores as Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz look to book their place in the finals

After a pair of scintillating, three-set ladies’ semifinals on Thursday, the gentlemen’s semis take center stage today at Centre Court, and the two biggest names in the game could be on a crash course for another Wimbledon final. In the first semifinal, No. 2 seed, and defending champion, Carlos Alcaraz takes on No. 5 seed Daniil Medvedev, who’s looking for a second career Grand Slam title, after winning the US Open in 2021.

In the second matchup of the day, No. 3 seed Novak Djokovic can move closer to an all-time record of 25 singles Grand Slam titles with a win over first-time major semifinalist, No. 25 seed Lorenzo Musetti, who’s breaking into the end of a big tournament for the first time.

Alcaraz and Djokovic met in the 2023 Wimbledon singles final, a classic, five-set match that saw Alcaraz conquer the grass courts in London and take home his first Wimbledon title.
