The said Publix is on the Treasure Coast of Florida, which includes Indian River County, Martin County and St. Lucie County. The Quick Pick ticket came from Publix, 3253 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd., Port St. Lucie. That Publix location is part of the Darwin Shopping Plaza.

A “second-tier” win means a player correctly matched five numbers in the Powerball and Mega Millions lottery, and the overall jackpot typically rolls over.

No one matched all six numbers in the Wednesday, Feb. 19, Powerball drawing so the jackpot jumped to $215 million for Saturday, Feb. 22. The cash option of $98.4 million, according to Powerball online. Check back after 11 p.m. for Saturday’s winning numbers. We’ll see if there’s a winner or another rollover.
