JANESVILLE, Wis. (WFRV) – A 53-year-old Wisconsin woman was arrested for allegedly operating while intoxicated, her fifth offense, with a passenger under the age of 16 in the vehicle.
According to a release, on Sunday, shortly after 11:15 p.m., an officer with the Janesville Police Department made a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration on North Ringold Street.

Upon making contact with the driver, identified as Jennifer Sturm, 53, of Janesville, the officer observed behaviors that indicated Sturm may be impaired.
Sturm completed standardized field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for operating while intoxicated, her fifth offense.

Additionally, the release says that Sturm had a passenger in the vehicle under 16.
Sturm was booked into the Rock County Jail.
