Islamabad: The petroleum rate is likely to be increased by up to Rs 10 in the country at the beginning of next month. The current Petrol Price in Pakistan is Rs147.83 and the Diesel price is Rs144.62.
According to industry sources, petrol and diesel are also likely to become more expensive in Pakistan after the rise in crude oil prices in the global market. As per the sources, the diesel cost will be increased by Rs 10 per liter and petrol by Rs 7 per liter from February 1, 2022.
Sources said that the final cost will be determined by January 30 due to price fluctuations or changes in taxes. The summary will be sent for approval, and the decision is to be made on January 31, 2022.
