Christine McGuinness says ‘I did it’ as she stuns with latest appearance after comforting TV star

Christine McGuinness has once again been flooded with compliments as she gave fans a glimpse at her latest look as she beat her nerves to present an award at a showbiz event. The model and media personality attended the 2024 Tric (Television and Radio Industries Club) Awards on Tuesday (June 25).

She admitted on social media that she was ‘nervous’ to be heading up on stage to present a gong, which was later seen to be the factual award which was handed to ITV’s documentary Mr Bates Vs The Post Office – The Real Story which accompanied the ground-breaking drama series, Mr Bates Vs The Post Office.

Sharing a video from inside Grosvenor House in London where the Tric Awards took place, Christine said on her Instagram Story: “I’m presenting an award today. I get soooo nervous! But every time it gets a bit easier.” She added: “Thank you @tricawardsuk for having me.”

The mum-of-three later declared: “I did it!” as she shared a video of her heading up on stage, where she was greeted by awards host Roman Kemp, before cracking on with news of who picked up one of the many gongs on offer on the night.

Taking to Instagram later, Christine shared a string of snaps as she showed off her glamourous look for the evening. The 36-year-old cut a stunning figure as she donned a bright white tweed dress with a subtle geometric print.

The short style with a halterneck exposed Christine’s bronzed glow from top to toe as she exposed her feet in pair of strappy silver heels. Meanwhile, the former Real Housewives of Cheshire star wore her blonde tresses in curls and stuck to a bronze pallet with her makeup, topping off with a glossy nude lip.

Captioning the post, Christine wrote to her 744,000 followers: “I’m falling in the deep. Can’t stay away @me_by_melia @melondonhotel. Ready to go and present an award @tricawardsuk. Wearing @majeparis.” And it didn’t take long for the compliments to come flooding in.

It comes as Christine was also seen could be seen holding Eamonn Holmes’ hand as he attended the event just weeks after it was confirmed he was divorcing wife Ruth Langsford. She also had an arm placed around his shoulder as they smiled at the camera while he was nominated in the Best News Presenter category, as well as Best News Programme, with him later picking up the latter gong alongside GB News co-host Isabel Webster.

The presenter, 64, was seen using walking aids as he’s shared a public battle with multiple health issues over the past few years and Eamonn admitted he had considered pulling out of attending as he had been in so much pain. However, his new high-tech equipment allowed him to be more comfortable.
