Coronation Street’s Jenny Connor gets a stern telling-off from Rita Tanner next week after her secret is finally exposed.
Jenny’s world is about to be turned upside-down as she finally comes clean about using stolen money to buy the Rovers Return.
This week’s episodes have seen Bethany Platt become suspicious over how Jenny and Daisy Midgeley managed to bring the pub back from the brink.
As the drama continues in Wednesday’s episode (April 3), Jenny decides that the game is up and she confesses to Carla Barlow about betraying her to save The Rovers.

Viewers know that Daisy and Jenny managed to access serial killer Stephen Reid’s secret bank account, which contained the money he’d stolen from Carla’s Underworld factory.
Rather than share their discovery and help Carla get her £250,000 back, Daisy and Jenny sneakily used the cash to re-open The Rovers at New Year.
In next week’s episodes, there are major changes at the pub as Carla makes it clear that she’s calling the shots until further notice.
This includes firing Daisy – a decision that Jenny fully supports as she tells her stepdaughter to steer clear from now on.

Later in the week, however, Jenny is given food for thought as she confides in Rita about recent events.
Jenny tells Rita about the stolen money, but she makes out that Daisy was the bad influence who led her astray.
Rita scoffs at Jenny’s version of events, accusing her of deluding herself as it’s clear that she was equally to blame.
Will Jenny reconsider her harsh stance towards Daisy after Rita’s reaction?
