China has decided to re-test its citizens after some new cases of Coronavirus came to light in the country.
Beijing. Five new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in Wuhan, China, following which the Chinese government is in a state of turmoil. The ruling Communist Party has fired several people, including a local official, for poor performance following a new case in Wuhan.
A spokesman for the Chinese Health Commission said in a press briefing that China would resume screening and testing for the coronavirus, according to a foreign news agency.
The spokesman said that given the situation in February, there has been a sharp decline in the number of new Corona cases reported daily.
He said the emergence of new cases in the country’s northeastern province was a matter of concern for the government.
It should be noted that the coronavirus had started from the Chinese city of Wuhan, where local cases of the virus had come to light again in the last few days, on which the government decided to test the entire population.
In China, the coronavirus has killed more than 4,600 people and caused more than 82,000 cases & the whole world is affected due to coronavirus which started in China.
