Instead their home at number 20 is 100m walk away, around the corner on Harvey Road, in Camberwell, south London. It means postman are always confused and ambulances can’t find the address for the flats which were built approximately in 1995. Lynn, a nurse, says she has contacted her local post office and even their MP to try and sort the situation by getting the council to put a map at the end of the road to guide people where to go. John has myeloma cancer and is going through chemotherapy, so any missed appointment letters could be life threatening, he says.
