Katie Price’s neighbours ‘sick’ of her after ‘constant drama’ at £2m Mucky Mansion

Katie Price’s neighbours have openly expressed their annoyance, saying they’re “sick” of the constant kerfuffle surrounding her £2m ‘Mucky Mansion’ amid reports of an eviction notice.

Recent revelations hint at a possible seizure of her property by courts in the upcoming weeks, following her second declaration of bankruptcy. Residents of Dial Post, West Sussex, near the TV personality’s home, are complaining about it being an “eyesore”.

Further resentment is brewing due to incessant disturbances from her mansion, like blaring music, barking dogs, and vans obstructing public roads. In 2014, Katie became the proud owner of this high-profile dwelling in West Sussex that proudly flaunts 12.25 acres of land, along with a swimming pool, tennis courts, stables, and paddocks.

One irritated resident told MailOnline: “We’re sick to death of the constant drama. She doesn’t come into the village anymore because she knows we don’t like the way she lives. I wish she’d move.”

Another local added, “She simply doesn’t live by any code of conduct or restraint. She is reckless in just about everything she does. My wife and I worry when we drive past the entrance to her house because you never know if she’ll come tearing out onto the road in one of her pink cars.”, reports the Mirror.

“Most of the time she’s banned from driving but it worries us because of that incident when she flipped her car. It would be better if that lovely house, which has gone to wrack and ruin since she bought it, was seized by the courts as part of her bankruptcy settlement and she was told to move elsewhere. She’s a liability.”

A neighbour elaborated that builders have constantly disrupted local peace in recent years due to their frequent visits to carry out construction works at her home. They expressed frustration, saying “Katie does what Katie wants”, and that she shows “has no consideration for other people and sometimes not even for herself”.

Katie is facing eviction after receiving an official notice to vacate her property. A letter issued by Horsham County Court confirmed that the eviction is scheduled for 29 May 2024 at 10 am.

The letter reads: “The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant. A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.”

Katie was declared bankrupt in 2019 but was permitted to enter into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement, a deal to repay some of her debts. She agreed to pay £12,000 a month through the deal but it’s been alleged she has not adhered to this.

She was then declared bankrupt for a second time this year after failing to pay more than £750,000 in unpaid tax and now faces losing her home unless HMRC can recover the funds.
