Cast members and noted guests hit the red carpet of the “House of the Dragon” season two premiere in New York City on Monday. Among the cast members, Olivia Cooke and Emma D’Arcy made fierce fashion statements that merged fantasy inspiration with regal dressing.

Olivia Cooke
Cooke put on a masterclass when it came to merging fantasy genre inspiration with elegant, regal dressing. The actress fashioned a sleeveless dress from the Loewe fall 2024 ready-to-wear collection. The blue gown featured dramatic cutouts and a statement black belt at the waist.
Cooke’s hair, styled by Ben Skervin, was pulled back with a few wisps to frame her face. Her makeup featured dramatic eyes and a soft lip by Hung Vanngo. Cooke’s look was curated by stylist Jamie Mizrahi.
Emma D’Arcy
D’Arcy suited up in a glittering look by Celine. The ensemble featured a black jacket encrusted with shimmering detail, leather trousers, a white button-down shirt and a skinny black tie. The actor’s hair was styled by Adam Markarian, with makeup by Holly Silius. D’Arcy’s look was curated by stylist Rose Forde.

Matt Smith kept it classic with his look for the “House of the Dragon” season two premiere in New York City. The actor gave the traditional black suit a twist, elevating his black-and-white dressing with the addition of a bright white tie.

Eve Best embraced the darker side of the color spectrum, fashioning a sleek, black, one-shoulder gown for her look at the “House of the Dragon” season two premiere.
Thuso Mbedu
Thuso Mbedu opted for a glorious tiered dress in shades of blue, black and white for her look at the “House of the Dragon” season two premiere. She fashioned this strapless piece by Haute Afrika, which featured intricate wave-like patterned detailing along with a statement bow on the bustline.
