Paul McCartney’s grandson is dating Bill Gates’ daughter
Phoebe Gates confirmed rumours she and Arthur Donald are an item in a photo diary published to commemorate her graduation from Stanford University.
The aspiring tech and fashion entrepreneur shared a series of images of her graduation day, two of which featured Arthur, 25.
“My boyfriend, Arthur, giving me a lift post-ceremony,” Phoebe, 21, wrote alongside a picture of Arthur giving her a piggyback ride.
Later, alongside a shot of herself embracing her boyfriend in a hug, she wrote, “With Arthur, he cleans up nicely”.
The pair were first suspected to be an item when Phoebe shared a photograph of them both together in Paris in October 2023, captioning it, “Paris on film”.
Phoebe is the youngest daughter of Microsoft’s billionaire founder Bill Gates, 68, and his philanthropist ex-wife Melinda French Gates, 59. The former couple also shares daughter Jennifer, 28, and son Rory, 25.
Arthur is the eldest of Paul’s eight grandchildren and is the eldest son to the Paul’s documentarian daughter, Mary and her ex-husband, TV producer Alistair Donald.
He was previously romantically linked with Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe’s daughter, Ava, in 2018.
