Dakota Fanning arrived at “The Watchers” VIP screening at the Ham Yard Hotel on Tuesday in London sporting a pair of classic pumps.
The “Man on Fire” actress’ shoes, crafted from a soft satin textile in a deep shade of navy blue, featured a pointed-toe silhouette, low-cut vamp and angular arch. Additionally, the shoes were elevated with an estimated 3-inch stiletto heel and finished with a high-cut heel counter.
For the rest of Fanning’s look, the star arrived in a printed dress from Erdem’s fall 2024 ready-to-wear collection. The gown, constructed from a crushed satin and featuring shades of blue, navy and white, was designed with a high neckline, fit-and-flare silhouette and ruched waistline. Additionally, the dress was cut with a tea-length hemline, highlighting the star’s matching shoes.
Directed by Ishana Night Shyamalan and starring Fanning alongside Georgina Campbell, Olwen Fouéré and Siobhan Hewlett, “The Watchers” is a fantasy horror film that follows an artist after getting stranded in an expansive, untouched forest in western Ireland. The movie will be released in select theatres on June 7.
Fanning, having been spotted walking the red carpet, attending movie premieres and arriving to high-profile events in a number of shoe styles, is most often seen donning traditional footwear silhouettes. From pointed-toe pumps to strappy sandals, the star typically selects a classic shoe that seamlessly coordinates to the colors found in the rest of her look.
Most recently, Fanning appeared on an episode of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in a pair of Gianvito Rossi Ribbon Stiletto heels. Her sandals, crafted in a bright shade of gold Patent leather, featured an open-toe silhouette, 3-inch stiletto heel and slingback strap detail.
