And according to TikTok user @master_driver666, there’s a really easy way to fix faulty windscreen wipers. If you notice your windows becoming streaky or dirty, checking them is a must.
But instead of dashing to see a professional, consider switching out the car part yourself. All you need to do is locate the small black button on your wiper blades.
‘Master Driver’ explained: “The wiper blade cannot clean the glass, come and see, there’s a black button here. Let’s hold it down with our hands, then gently pull it up, the wiper blade has been removed. Next aim your new wiper blade here, insert it from top to bottom, the wiper blades have been replaced.”
A trip to the garage could cost you upwards of £50, so you’ll really be saving a fortune if you manage to fix the issue yourself. This is why people were so chuffed to learn the tip.
