Meghan Markle is reportedly concerned that her kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, may grow up feeling “deprived” of the opportunity to be working royals in the UK, and could potentially “blame her” for it, according to royal expert Tom Quinn.

Despite missing “some aspects” of life in the UK, the Duchess of Sussex remains “furious at the way she was treated” in the Firm.

However, she also fears that her decision to step back from royal duties and relocate to Montecito, California with Prince Harry and their two children in 2020, might lead to resentment from her children due to their lack of connection with their paternal grandparents and cousins.

Quinn claims that Meghan, who had a challenging experience during her time as part of the British Royal family, is still angry about her treatment, the Mirror reports.

Yet, her separation from the UK and the Royal Family has sparked concerns about the potential impact on her children’s relationship with their extended family.

In an exclusive chat with The Mirror, Mr Quinn stated: “On the other hand, we should always remember that phrase – ‘never say never,’ because it will come back to haunt you when you change your mind, especially if you are a public figure like Meghan.

“A friend of the couple – one of Meghan’s few aristocratic friends from her time in the UK – told me Meghan does miss some aspects of life in the UK and worries that her children will blame her if they never get to see their cousins and feel as adults that they have been deprived of what might have been a fun and meaningful existence in the UK as working royals.”

However, he added: “It will be a long time before Meghan reappears in the UK. She has already publicly stated that she will not return to the UK, and her friends insist she is still furious at the way she feels she was treated during her time in Britain.”

Following this revelation, Meghan has launched her first product from her new luxury lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard.

The duchess initially hinted at her brand on March 14, but details had been limited until now, leaving royal fans keen for a peek at the promised homewares and condiments.

Meghan Markle has made her debut in the artisanal food market by launching her first product under the American Riviera Orchard brand.

The Duchess of Sussex sent out 50 jars of handcrafted strawberry jam to friends and influencers this Monday, causing a stir on social media.

Recipients showcased the charming jars adorned with handwritten labels featuring the American Riviera Orchard logo and ‘Montecito’, along with a unique “17 of 50” marking, suggesting a limited edition offering.

The launch could set the stage for a friendly rivalry within the Royal family, as Prince William’s Duchy of Cornwall estate already markets its own strawberry jam, available at Waitrose for £2.80 a jar.
