Update: June 14, 2023: Murtaza Shah also confirmed that According to diplomatic sources from Pakistan, it is alleged that Adil Raja has been apprehended in the United Kingdom based on a complaint filed by Pakistan, accusing him of inciting violence. Adil Raja’s attorney has expressed concerns as they have been unable to establish contact with him for approximately 24 hours, and no legal assistance has been offered by the authorities.

On June 14, 2023, at 2:00 AM PST EMEA Tribune received a response from the Metropolitan Police team but without yes and no, but the information from a reliable source, stating that “Adil was present with the UK Police, and they were taking action based on a complaint they received regarding incitement to violence and the provocation of individuals.”

Islamabad police registered a case against several individuals, including Adil Raja and journalist Shaheen Sehbai, for their alleged involvement in inciting people to attack military installations throughout the country. According to the complainant, Muhammad Aslam, he witnessed a group of people sharing screenshots of tweets and video messages attributed to Raja, Sehbai, as well as YouTubers Wajahat Saeed Khan and Syed Haider Raza Mehdi, in the G-11 area of the federal capital.

Rumors began to circulate on social media on Tuesday, speculating about the arrest of Adil Raja and his wife Sabeen Kayani in London.
