Pakistan: Chairman NAB Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal has directed all NAB bureaus to implement the decision of the Supreme Court, imposing immediate restrictions on all transfers and postings. According to details, Chairman NAB Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal immediately imposed restrictions on all transfers and postings. In this regard, the NAB spokesperson said that the implementation of recent transfers has also been stopped.
The spokesperson said that the chairman of NAB had directed all NAB bureaus to implement the decision of the Supreme Court. Yesterday, the Supreme Court restrained the NAB and FIA from withdrawing the case from the judicial forum by restraining the transfer of the investigation branch in high-profile cases.
The Chief Justice remarked that the silent spectator is watching and taking note of these things. The accused in the cases have not been convicted yet. No sentence has been pronounced. No one should play with the justice system.
