The Caretaker Government of Punjab summoned the Rangers in Lahore

The Caretaker Government of Punjab has also summoned Rangers after the implementation of Section 144 in Lahore.

According to ARY News, the caretaker government of Punjab has also summoned Rangers after the implementation of Section 144 in Lahore. Sources say that the provincial government has called the Rangers to deal with any untoward incident in the city.

On the other hand, the administration seized more than 30 containers while taking action late at night to prevent PTI workers from participating in the rally.

Sources said that the administration wants to block the highways around Zaman Park, so the containers have been seized late at night.

It should be noted that PTI Chairman Imran Khan had announced take out a rally under his leadership from Lahore today in connection with the election campaign for the general elections scheduled for the provincial assembly in Punjab on April 30.

After Imran Khan’s announcement, riots erupted and DC Lahore refused to allow PTI to hold a rally while suddenly imposing Section 144 in Lahore city at night.

After this initiative of the caretaker government and administration of Punjab, a PTI meeting was held at Zaman Park Lahore late at night, in which apart from approaching the Election Commission against the implementation of Article 144, it has also been announced to challenge it in the court.
